Appreciated spending my time in this fairly clean lovely family run hotel. My room was well-maintained with good heating, WiFi plus comfortable beds, it accommodated me perfectly. Location: the venue was very close to the most important tourist places, nice restaurants, transport and coffee shops. I was surprised at nearby Restaurant Lyabi Hauz, they had some goodies, drinks.

Had a great time shopping for souvenirs at the hotel's shops, saving me the hassle of venturing outside. The tour desk was a lifesaver, as I had no clue what to see in the city. Free parking meant my luxury car had a safe haven.
Overheard a fascinating conversation from the tour desk, but sadly the thin walls didn't allow me to catch every juicy detail.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the main square, making it easy to explore the city. It is situated down a quiet alley, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Being in the old town, all the sights in the area are within walking distance, which is ideal for families with kids. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a nice rest after a day of sightseeing. The staff is known for their friendliness and helpfulness, ensuring a pleasant stay.
One downside mentioned by some guests is the firmness of the mattresses, which may not be suitable for those who prefer a softer sleeping surface.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff was friendly, polite, and attentive. They even allowed me to store my belongings after check-out so that I could explore the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with all the main attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the free breakfast provided was a nice bonus.
The windows in the rooms faced an inner courtyard, which resulted in poor lighting. To maintain privacy, you had to keep the windows closed, which made the rooms feel a bit dark.
